Your son/you have just been circumcised with the
TARA KLamp Circumcision Device
…….. the world’s most modern and safest procedure for circumcisions.

The Procedures:
1. You will notice a plastic device is now placed at the circumcised area. DO NOT REMOVE OR DISTURB IT. For the next 4 days, this will allow healing to proceed without fear of bleeding, etc. It also protects the circumcised area from infections and external injury. You may move about freely and take your regular showers.
2. On the 4th day, your doctor will remove the device.
3. Apply only the ointment supplied to you by your doctor on the circumcised area. Do not use any other material, powder or cream as it may cause inflammation of the site.
Note: If there is any complication e.g., unusual swelling, etc. please see the doctor immediately.

With the device on:
Notice the dark band of tissue. It is perfectly natural. No special dressing is required. Apply the ointment supplied by your doctor. For faster recovery, apply warm water, as often as possible, to this tissue.
After removal of the device (after the 4th day):
DO NOT REMOVE OR DISTURB THIS DARK BAND. It will drop off by itself in the next few days. Continue applying the ointment over this.

Prosedure diperlukan:
1. Sejenis alat plastik diletakkan di bahagian yang dikhatankan. JANGAN DITANGGAL ATAU DIUSIK. Sepanjang 4 hari berikutnya, kulit akan sembuh tanpa pendarahan, dsb. Alat ini juga melindungi kulit daripada jangkitan dan kecederaan lain. Anda boleh bergerak bebas dan juga mandi seperti biasa.
2. Pada hari ke-4, doctor akan menanggalkan alat ini.
3. Sapukan krim yang diberi oleh doctor ke tempat yang di khatankan. Jangan digunakan bahan seperti bedak atau krim lain yang boleh menyebabkan radang atau inflamasi berlaku.
Perhatian: Jika Komplikasi seperti bengkak, dsb. Berlaku, sila jumpa doctor secepat mungkin.

Ketika alat dipakai:
Kulit kelihatan kehitaman. Jangan Bimbang. Tiada balutan khas diperlukan. Sapukan krim yang dibekalkan oleh doctor. Jika ingin sembuh cepat, sapukan air suam selalu.
Selepas alat ditanggalkan (hari ke-4):
JANGAN SEKALI-KALI KULIT HITAM INI DITANGGAL ATAU DIUSIK. ini akan tanggal dengan sendirinya beberapa hari selepas itu. Teruskan menyapu krim untuk beberapa hari.
